Overview of Rotary Trommel Screen:<\/strong>
\nRotary screen\u00a0is also called trommel screen, trommel vibrating screen, trommel vibrating sieve, drum screen, drum sieve, drum screening machine, revolving screen, cylinder round sifter, cylinder rotary screen, revolving cylindrical sieve, cylinder revolving screen, roller screen, roller sieve etc.
\nThe rotary screen is the special screening machine for power plant, coking plant, building materials, metallurgy, chemical industry, mining, ceramics and other industries. Working Principle of Rotary Trommel Screen:<\/strong>
\nThe rotary\u00a0screen is made up of motor, reducer, drum device, rack, seal cover, inlet\u00a0and outlet. The machine\u00a0is inclined to be mounted on the rack.\u00a0The motor is connected with the drum device through the coupling via reducer, driving the drum device to rotate around its axis.
\nWhen materials enter into the drum device,\u00a0as the result of the inclination and rotation of the drum device,\u00a0the materials\u00a0on the screen surface\u00a0flip and\u00a0roll, making\u00a0the qualified material (undersize\u00a0product) discharge from the outlet at the bottom of the drum, and unqualified material (oversize product)\u00a0discharge through\u00a0the outlet at the end of the\u00a0drum.
